PURPOSE
The purpose of this Policy is to establish the rules for the use, publication, and moderation of content shared on the SoArtistic platform, in order to:
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and trustworthy environment for artists and users.
- Protecting people’s fundamental rights and preventing abuse, fraud, or illegal conduct.
- Comply with applicable Spanish and European regulations, in particular the Digital Services Act (DSA), which requires the implementation of mechanisms for moderation, transparency, and incident reporting.
- Define SoArtistic’s powers in content management and users’ responsibilities regarding their publications.
Ultimately, this Policy seeks to maintain SoArtistic as a creative and collaborative meeting place, aligned with the law and with the values of respect and coexistence that inspire the platform.
PROHIBITED CONTENT
It is not permitted to publish, upload, or disseminate any illegal, harmful, or content contrary to our principles of coexistence on the platform. In particular, any material related to child exploitation, the glorification of terrorism, incitement to hatred, or any other form of violence or discrimination is strictly prohibited.
Posts that promote dangerous behavior—such as self-harm, suicide, or bullying—will also not be allowed, nor will those that contain misinformation that could cause serious harm to society (for example, about health or electoral processes).
Similarly, the dissemination of sexually explicit material without consent, fraudulent practices or scams (including phishing or pyramid schemes), the sale of illegal products and, of course, any violation of intellectual or industrial property rights are prohibited.
Finally, identity theft and the publication of third-party personal data without their express authorization also constitute serious breaches of this policy.
ARTISTS’ AND USERS’ RESPONSIBILITY
Each artist and user is fully responsible for the content they share on SoArtistic. By publishing, they declare that they are the copyright holder or, failing that, that they have the necessary licenses to distribute their work. They also agree to use the platform only for its intended purposes and to comply with both applicable legislation and the internal rules set out herein.
SOARTISTIC FACULTIES
SoArtistic reserves the right to monitor, moderate, and, where appropriate, remove any content that it considers contrary to this policy, as well as to suspend or cancel accounts temporarily or permanently in cases of serious or repeated violations.
In particularly serious cases, the platform may report the facts to the competent authorities and cooperate with them in the corresponding investigation.
COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
The SoArtistic community plays a key role in preserving this environment. Therefore, any user can report content through the reporting system enabled on the platform.
All complaints will be reviewed diligently and within a maximum period of 48 hours. If appropriate, the reported content will be removed immediately and the complainant will be notified of the decision taken.
CHILD PROTECTION AND AGE VERIFICATION
Certain areas of the platform may be restricted exclusively to adults. To ensure this, SoArtistic may require appropriate age verification systems.
The user undertakes to provide accurate information and not to falsify their age or impersonate others.
TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY
In compliance with the Digital Services Act (DSA), SoArtistic will periodically publish a transparency report containing data on the number of complaints received, response times, content removed, and accounts suspended.
CONSECUENCIAS DEL INCUMPLIMIENTOCONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE
Failure to comply with this Policy may result in the temporary suspension or permanent cancellation of the offending user’s account, without the right to any compensation. In the most serious cases, the incident may be referred to the competent authorities so that they may take the appropriate measures.

By accepting this Policy, each artist and user contributes to making SoArtistic a platform that fosters creativity and the exchange of ideas within a framework of respect, legality, and security for the entire community.
